Most of people think,they know what they are good at.They are usually wrong.
More often,people know what they are not good at-and even then more people
are wrong than right.
One cannot build performances on weaknesses.We keep seeing around us,people
have little to know their strengths.A person is born in a family and he is
born into position and line of work.The peasant's son would always be a peasant
and a doctor's son a doc.This psychology takes us nowhere.The talent remains
hidden and the performance can never reach the planned and expected result.
we need to know our strengths in order to know where we belong.
We have this feedback analysis to discover our strengths.Whenever we
take a decision or make an action,write down the expectations from it and
after that compare your results wit expectations.This is a very common and
a simple way.The person who accomplishes in discovering his strength knows
how to get the things done in a right way with his intellectual policies.
Be driven by your passions but not by the success or the career.Your passion
may not give you ladders throughout life as you keep getting them in career
but your passion will never let you come down so easily in the rough roads
you have used to get to the summit
